    RRP Deployment Executive

    Job description

    PURPOSE OF JOB

    Actively drive the national deployment objectives for RRP’s in South Africa. Work closely with the city heads to support the reporting, tracking and capability building of the IQOS Coaches. Consolidate the processes and efforts from Route to market, retail deployment, Leads generation and Freelancers in the market PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

    Support for Regional Deployment

    • Work closely with City heads & IQOS coordinators to provide the required tracking and feedback based on regional specific activities
    • Support the City Heads with required back office support and logistics with deploying to Communities / Local Regional Plug in opportunities
    • Support City Heads with management of tools, Unitary and all support elements required for Community Activations Third Party Agency Management
    • Support City Heads and IQOS Coordinators in efforts to manage performance of 3rd Party Coaches. Provide consolidation of the Coach performance and Performance validation in order to feedback to 3rd Party Agencies
    • Manage, monitor and track the IQOS Coach tiered performance incentive program.
    • Develop engagement programs to drive IQOS Coach performance
    • Assist with the monitoring and validation of performance of in store Sales experts and feedback to 3rd Party Agency
    • Monitor and assist the 3rd Party agency in the management of the National Freelancer Program Tracking, Analysis and Performance
    • Utilize all available resources to compile an in-depth understanding of the region (AMP, iSMS and Business warehouse) to identify issues and opportunities. Provide
    • Manage the implementation of data gathering exercises to obtain a clear understanding of the performance of Deployment initiatives (freelancers, Coaches & channel performance)
    • Tracking of channel trade programs related to Authorised Reseller, Independent tobacconists and coaches to ensure maximum impact and return on investment.
    • Compile and share with required stakeholders RRP performance on a weekly and monthly basis related to targets and objectives.
    • Feedback on performance as per the prescribed calendar to the BD&P planning department in order to meet our central reporting obligations

    Commercial Planning & Trade Engagement

    • Collaborate cross functionally to build a comprehensive commercial calendar covering both top down and bottom up initiatives
    • Preparation of the required RRP cycle communication to drive cycle excellence in execution.
    • Build, Monitor and Track the Retail Referral trade Program and assist with deployment of rewards
    • Build monitor and Track the Reseller Experience Trade Program
    • Build and approve all required trade engagement or Coaching network activities through the BMR framework
    • Manage the movement of materials and POP/regional warehouses processes to ensure that all tools and materials required for cycle implementation are distributed to the field force in a timely manner so they are fully equipped to implement all activities.
    • Manage and Track the Deployment Budget

    Apply the highest standards of integrity and full compliance with PMI policies and procedures as well as South African Tobacco Laws.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Matric Essential
    • College/University (Sales/Marketing or related field) Advantageous
    • Minimum 2/3 year experience in the FMCG Sector
    • Commercial Planning Experience advantageous
    • Retail experience/knowledge
    • Good numeracy skills
    • MS Office ( Advanced Excel ) Preference will be given to EE Candidates
