    Senior Manager - Digital Platforms & Architecture (Security)

    Job description

    Role Requirements

    • 3-year National Diploma, preferably in Computer and Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or Engineering discipline preferred.
    • Professional Certifications such as System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) will support your application.
    • 4+ years’ of product management experience, in particular experience with agile system development practices.
    • 4+ years’ experience in Information Security, Identity and Access Management. Preferably in a financial services context.
    • Knowledge of security principles and security capabilities. Preferably familiarity with designing secure host, database, and application solutions for multi-tier systems.
    • Familiarity with implementation and administration of security assessment tools.
    • Strong experience developing and executing on product strategies and roadmaps, managing and prioritizing multiple projects, and delivering and integrating complex projects into larger system deliverables.
    • Sound business judgment, ability to influence others, strong analytical thinking skills.
    • Ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results.
    • Ability to translate internal and external customer needs into technical requirements.
    • Relentless curiosity to learn and adapt to rapidly evolving research, development and industry knowledge.
    • Ability to build strong cross-team collaboration and align teams around common goals.
