Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Engage Hiring Managers to ensure a full understanding of their hiring requirements upon approval of positions
• Create/update job descriptions in line with hiring needs
• Create Talent Maps in line with search/research activities conducted for both current and future hiring needs and manage the sourcing, interview and selection process partnering with both HR team members and business stakeholders to determine present and future talent needs (workforce planning)
• Provide regular dashboard updates to key stakeholders for all recruitment episodes
• Contribute to monthly Recruiting meetings

Key Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in business or related discipline
• 4+ years' experience in a recruitment consultant role. Focus on recruiting for positions in the Engineering and Advisory sector
• Demonstrated experience and ability to create productive and influential relationships with senior leadership, individuals and teams
