Job summary

This position will primarily lead the translation of software features into technical requirements and be in charge of coordinating the feature backlog along with a team of developers following agile based software development practices.

 Duties:

• Gather requirements, scope features and create release plan using TFS online.
• Maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation by the development team using TFS online.
• Communicate with stakeholders inside and ensure they have what their teams need to be successful.
• Apply knowledge of building digital products / services, payroll and HR to drive the requirements and shape the product experience. (Mobile experience is a must have)
• Ensure proper integration and scalability of shared systems, products and tools.
• Provide project administration from concept-to-delivery to ensure that products and roadmap priorities get to market per specifications and on schedule.

Requirements:

• 5 years experience project manager specialisin in ERP, Financial, Payroll systems
• A background in a company that uses C# and TFS Online.
• Agile experience.
• Project management experience.
• Must have expert level working knowledge and hands-on management of software design principles.
• A solid understanding of design thinking and UX principles is a plus
