Requirements

• 5+ years’ professional experience with a track record of executing strategic, creative and performance-centric campaigns and communications for innovative businesses.
• Must have a Bachelor degree or higher
• TTL experience across digital, email, social media, print, packaging and ATL. We are looking for someone that understands progressive marketing and has demonstrated experience launching innovative, integrated campaigns.
• A credible, articulate communicator – someone who can collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization and translate into strategy.
• Highly personable, approachable and motivating with a good sense of humour.
• Excellent creative judgment and experience working with creative studios
• Highly accountable with excellent project management / organizational skills and the ability to set goals and execute under tight deadlines despite constant change.
• Analytical with strong numerical skills.
• Experience in generating exposure through cost effective initiatives and partnerships.
• Entrepreneurial thinker driving brand leadership.
