The Role

The person that joins us will be supporting existing customers of EBX in South Africa with the intention of becoming a product expert in EBX. There will be an opportunity to get involved in positioning EBX to new customers through involvement in delivering technical proof of concepts that address specific business improvement areas.

What will you do?

• Attitude above aptitude - skills can be learnt. What we are looking for a self-starter that can get stuck into becoming an expert in the EBX technology. You will have the full support of Orchestra Networks and Dimago and will be given ample time and customer involvement to be able to skill up
• Attending to customer support calls. You will be the first point of contact for EBX related support calls for all South African customers. You will be backed up by the global Orchestra Networks support team and will be involved in R&D of EBX through connection to this team
• Advising new and existing customers and partners in understanding best practice implementation guidelines for the EBX platform
• Involvement in building proof of concept solutions in EBX for prospective clients. You have the opportunity to get directly involved in the sales process by delivering customer presentations if that interests you

What do you need?

• You use Java JEE, and JAVA application servers, HTML languages, Javascript, WEB browsers.
• Any experience in integration with Java or any API or Web Service environment will be a big plus
• You have good interpersonal skills
