    Maintenance / Handymen

    Job description

    JOB PURPOSE

    To provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness at Lynnwood Bridge Office – Maintenance/Handymen

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

    • Team Leader
    • Monitor and manage Handymen’s attendance, leave and their performance.
    • Report suspicious activities in the building to the Facilities Manager
    • Compile and update calls logged reports when needed
    • Attend to all enquiries about the calls and the work done
    • Maintain a record of consistent breakdowns and continuous faults, and report them to FM
    • Carry out weekly building checks on designated areas and make sure that all fittings are in good conditions
    • Ensure that the Handymen warehouse is clean all the time
    • Ensure that your team members adhere to OHS regulation while performing their duties .e.g wearing protective gear all the time
    • Collect petty cash and buy material when needed for the building.
    • Check the quality of work done by the handymen.
    • Safe keeping of tools and other related equipment within your team
    • Assist other team members as and when required
    • Demonstrates willingness to undertake unexpected or additional tasks to assist a client
    • Plan and coordinate the functions and socials according the client’s needs
    • Arrangement of meeting rooms as per calls logged.
    • Attempts to meet deadlines and schedules whilst ensuring safety of Aurecon employees.
    • Staff
    • Move furniture as per request.
    • Change of light/globes and fittings when required.
    • Report all other maintenance issues to supervisor that need external service provider
    • Assist and monitor contractors while performing their duties
    • Perform some painting works in the building.
    • Assist with some work within the company and its stake holders
    • Move employees in the building from one floor to another or across
