- The incumbent will be required to identify problematic areas and compile maintenance work specifications, obtain quotes, complete order registers on MDA, follow up with contractors and obtain VAT invoices from contractors and approve payments.
- Must have at least 3 years experience in operations and maintenance, knowledge of property maintenance, OHS, understanding of building plans. This is quite an urgent role,
