Minimum Requirements

• CA SA / B.Com (Hons)
• PC Literacy: Strong Excel ability
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
• Sound knowledge and understanding of accounting principles
• Basic knowledge and understanding of related and/or applicable legislation
• Business acumen / commercial flair
• South African Citizen

Advantageous

• Working knowledge of SAP
• Experience in managing people

Key responsibilities

• Reporting: (Accurate and timely reporting; Financial commentary for executive summaries; Forecasting; Analysis of financial data);
• Control: (Ensure expense procedures are followed; Enforce financial controls; Manage and control budgets; Conduct audits and costing analysis; Monitor and control Debtors and Creditors; Enforce related delegated authority; Enforce and comply with all related statutory requirements);
• Commercial custodian for the division, including cash flow, risk management and negotiation;
