    Business Development Manager

    Job Description

    Requirements

    • Manage and scale a high performance B2B sales team
    • Coordinate collaborative sales efforts across both professional services and managed services
    • Generate leads and opportunities
    • Up-skill sales teams
    • Enabler and support to Sales
    • IT background and Business client engagement for all size business
    • Manage P&L and drive gross-profit plans by; analyzing trends and results.
    • Maintains sales volume and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
    • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
    • Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
    • Develops sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
    • Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and mentoring employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Full Line management of the Sale Team

    Qualifications/Experience:

    • Business Strategy, 3 to 5 years of Sales experience
    • Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation
    • Selling to Customer Needs
    • Motivation for Sales
    • Direct Line Manager experience of a sales team with proven track record
    • Sales Planning
    • Building Relationships
