Requirements

Manage the day-to-day business by:

• Reviewing actual vs plan; analyzing data and making recommendations.
• Coordinating with the sales channels
• Work with other departments on forecasting; use of input from sales, NPD to provide accurate forecasting data and making recommendations.
• Manage the product life cycle – make rationalization and range modification suggestions to the business.
• Grow and develop the marketing team.
• Manage and report on the marketing spend budget.
• Develop mutually beneficial and sound working relationships across the organisation.

Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Marketing or related field
• 10 years’ experience in Marketing field
• Management experience would be an advantage
• PC proficiency
• Knowledge of marketing theory
• Good interpersonal skills
• Understanding of product commercialization process
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Good reporting skills
• Good customer service skills
• Communication skills - presentation ability
• Analytical skills
