    Inventory Control Analyst

    Job description

    In your role as Inventory Control Analyst at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:

    • Capturing production orders of raw, finished goods, packing material issues & WIP.
    • Ensuring timeous, accurate and comprehensive stock counts and capturing food waste.
    • Assessing production order usages and posts variances to orders.
    • Updating scorecards and OEE performance
    • Producing regular stock variance reports, investigating variances and count and posting errors.
    • Producing a variance report to ensure the authenticity of captured data.
    • Downloading and matching SAP theoretical on-hand inventory with physical stock counts on a daily basis.
    • Posting usage and stock variances to production orders / relevant loss accounts daily.
    • Validating ZCVC report and initiating correction of errors.
    • Updating shift downtime, packing and raw material waste and all other rejects on Database.
    • Correcting overweight variances in Packing by undertaking calibration checks and adjusting accordingly.
    • Maintenance, capturing and validating of DWORS (Daily Weekly Operation Reports

    Required

    As well as a hunger to learn, to succeed in this position and to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

    • Production or Inventory Control Management Diploma
    • Between 1 - 2 year’s relevant experience.
    • SAP and MS Office efficiency

    Knowledge Of

    • Production Stock Principles
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical ability, leadership strengths and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams are required
    • Attention to detail and experience in problem solving with the ability to handle pressure are preferred
    • Food Processing and packaging experience are desired
