As the direct marketing manager focusing on the Vodacom insurance product portfolio sitting in the Customer Value Management team, you will be required to
Create and/or optimize the direct marketing strategy to x-sell insurance products into the Vodacom customer base.
Work closely with the Vodacom insurance team in product development/enhancements and pricing.
Engage with the Vodacom segment marketing and brand teams to influence above-the-line go-to-market strategies.
Manage all direct marketing campaigns and corresponding channels.
Create and manage the insurance direct marketing monthly leads through robust targeting.
Change/optimize the outbound calling strategy focusing on KPIs which include (Contact rate, First time contact, conversion).
Launch and manage the Vodacom insurance Omni-channel implementation.
Create and execute automated direct marketing campaigns leveraging channels like sms, mms and in-app push notifications focusing on financial performance, optimal customer communication and targeting.
Drive the technical capability requirements roadmap needed to further increase the efficacy of the direct marketing campaigns used to sell the Vodacom insurance suit of products.
Provide monthly reporting and customer insights driven by analyses of key campaign performance.
Develop and implement product lifecycles focusing on the reduction of lapsed policies.
