As the HR Manager at MAC Consulting, you will:

• Play a leading role in the design and delivery of innovative human capital solutions for the business

• The successful candidate will have...
• A relevant university degree (post graduate qualification will be an advantage), with an excellent academic record
• 5 or more years' relevant experience, at least 2 years' of which must have been in a management role
• Professional services sector (past or current) experience in, specifically, consulting organisations
• A well developed commercial focus
• Developed and implemented HR strategies and initiatives
• A deep knowledge of all relevant legislation, including BCEA, LRA, EE, SDA
• A recognised leader with a proven track record as a people champion
• Customer and service delivery focused
• A career oriented self-starter
• Credible with both senior/executive management and staff in a graduate professional environment
• An analytical and resilient problem solver who overcomes challenges and develops innovative solutions
• Dynamic and energetic with a proactive approach to delivering high quality outcomes
