Job description
Your responsibilities will include:
Need to be technically proficient in order to troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues, develop solutions, document correction process, ensure fixes are implemented and monitored.
Compile Reports
To compile incident reports, management reports, risk analysis reports, data analysis reports, provide operational process documentation and adhoc reports.
Service Management
Ensure that all relevant operational processes (Service Management, Incident and Problem Management, Change Management – Service Transition, Service Continuity and Event Management) and procedures are aligned, adopted, matured and adhered to.
Supplier Management
Manage vendor deliverables according to agreed deliverables. Ensure that effective SMART service based contracts are in place that guarantees service availability, improvement, sustainability and assurance.
Financial Management
Ensure that Vodacom Information Services applies sound financial management of allocated funds in line with Vodacom’s financial policies and procedures.
Human Resources
Efficient and effective management of human resources in accordance with the needs of the department in line with Vodacom’s HR policies and procedures.
