5 plus years’ experience in Engineering with a proven record of design experience in fine mechanics.
Exposure in high-volume manufacturing environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
New production, from designing product to releasing product, following the concept, development, risk mitigation, qualification process and company’s design guidelines for optimal manufacturing process and cost.
Customer support with regards to RFQs, considering manufacturing feasibility, accurate costing and meeting customer requirements with quick turnaround time.
Validate new products to ensure high durability performance and customer satisfaction.
Compilation of manufacturing process documentation for projects.
The construction of working models from the minimum of drawing and information.
Monitor quality reports on existing products and contribute in the analysis process, by proposing and implementing corrections actions.
Conducting benchmarking exercises to ensure company is abreast with new technology, to maintain competitive advantage.
Investigate production and quality problems, and introduce corrective actions promptly.
Investigate Engineering change requests and action promptly.
Meet annual company objectives for new product releases.
Monthly report feedback on project status.
New business development programs are completed on time within budget;
Invest in plant equipment Capex to provide a sustainable ROI;
