KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Signs off the financials of the commercial organization (ORU)
• Responsible for the strategic and operational planning process 
• Drives decisions on sales channels, ROI, investments in Market Share, project assessments and supportive in financing solutions. Responsible for BMC / performance cockpit and drives the delivery of the business and financial plans. 
• Drives analysis of business performance: sales, pricing, margin, credit management and costs (incl. marcom spend) 
• Identifies, addresses and tracks business issues 
• Business integrity: adherence to FCPA and GBP in coop. with Legal & HR

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS :

• Achieve Financial targetsAOP/roFo(sales, ISM, DSO, overdues) 
• Market performance (share)
• MEC Quality Index
• No significant deficiencies in audits (KPMG, Statutory, Internal Audit, ICS/SOX

REQUIRED COMPETENCES:

• Ability to understand and explain impact of (market) developments on business results and ability to translate into financial consequences
• Good analytical skills
• Convincing communication skills 
• Rounded financial experience, including solid FP&A and A&IC knowledge 
• Good understanding of relevant tools and systems (EFR, VIPP) 
• Knowledge and adherence of FCPA, GBP, ICS/SOX
