MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

• To manage and take responsibilty for all personnel and infrastructure in the DC.
• To contribute to the value of DSV Healthcare's mission statement and strategy.
• To provide a safe and healthy environment for all to work in.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Management of the DC by assuming responsibility for personnel
• Reporting on DC and staff performance
• Ensuring collaborative staff engagement at all levels
• Organizing, Planning and execution of daily deliverables according to set agreements and clear communication
• Evaluation of process performance on a monthly basis with focus on process activity enhancements
• Continuous improvement planning to ensure overall maximization of warehouse operations
• management of HSE and QMS according to company policies and procedures
• Ensure application of management abilitiy through the organiztion and planning of work , delegation and control of work and demonstration of leadership in management situations

RELATED REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years Warehouse Management experience
• 3 years expereince of managing supervisory level staff
• Pharmaceutical industry experience
• IR exerience
• Strong Management & People Skills
• Organizational skills & ability to communicate with clients on all levels
• Proficient in English (Written and Oral)
