• Source clients

• Ascertain clients needs in terms of their requirements
• Sell, Lease and provide our services to clients
• Negotiate the deals – terms and conditions
• Negotiate and finalise agreements

Computer competency

• We offer access to an extensive property and client database
• Prepared for office and field based work
• Training (internal and external)

Remuneration

• Monthly Basic
• Target driven incentives (monthly & quarterly)
• 50% commission on deals (sliding scale in favour of the property consultant)

Intern can make R300K to R600K/pa
