Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate and diarise all learning/leadership interventions for the year.
• Ensure all communication to participants on learning interventions and requirements are well prepared and well communicated.
• Prepare presentations/templates and the like.
• Assist in sourcing learning material as and when required.
• Liaise directly with participants with travel, accommodation and pre-work requirements.
• Co-ordination and bookings of venues, accommodation, etc.
• Ensure all physical material used on every program is constantly replenished.
• Thorough checklist of requirements and stock take on a monthly basis.
• Liaise confidently with external service providers.
• Required to travel with the Leadership and Culture Executive 6 – 8 times a year, on weekly, out of town programs which does fall periodically over weekends.
• Perform adhoc PA duties for the Leadership and Culture Executive.
• Any other adhoc duties.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

• Matric
• 3 – 5 years working experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office experience
• Strong administration skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Thorough attention to detail
• Ability to question, challenge and push
