Listed fund seeks Development Manager. Are you junior enough to support a senior Developer, but experienced enough to handle professional teams on your own? As a fund which grows based on development pipeline, our clients projects team is a busy and vital one. They are involved in significant greenfield developments around the country, and also manage complex redevelopments and upgrades on existing assets. Their most Senior DM is looking for someone to support him, who is both technically educated and practically exposed to the entire development process. This will suit someone who has worked for the client / developer before, and who has the confidence and experience to direct external consultants. You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate flow of information internally, and for unblocking bottle necks on various buildings; including sorting out issues with council or suppliers, managing design expectations, tenant management and project management.
