Listed fund seeks Development Manager. Are you junior enough to support a senior Developer, but experienced enough to handle professional teams on your own? As a fund which grows based on development pipeline, our clients projects team is a busy and vital one. They are involved in significant greenfield developments around the country, and also manage complex redevelopments and upgrades on existing assets. Their most Senior DM is looking for someone to support him, who is both technically educated and practically exposed to the entire development process. This will suit someone who has worked for the client / developer before, and who has the confidence and experience to direct external consultants. You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate flow of information internally, and for unblocking bottle necks on various buildings; including sorting out issues with council or suppliers, managing design expectations, tenant management and project management. Their Retail and Mixed-use developments open doors and possibilities to the surrounding communities. Not only do they develop their own retail centres, they also have an in-house property management team that takes cares of all daily duties and responsibilities of their assets. They are looking for a strong Legal Property Administrator to join their team in Pretoria. Your responsibilities will have you analyzing and compiling Property shareholders agreements, property loan agreements and anything else that might be required in contracts between Land owners and developers. Property Development is the core-function of the business and is therefore exactly the Industry where your experience would lie.. There is a Legal Department that will sign off on your documentation, but you will be required to compile all the relevant information before sign off. If you come from a Development group combined with 3 years in the Legal Administration Department looking to make a move to Pretoria, please send through your CV today.
