What your role will be

• Inventing strategic and innovative ways of using Data so as to increase performance.
• Mapping out our future as we lead the way in data analysis and usage.
• What your day will be like
• Researching and building proof of concepts
• Mining and exploring data to provide value back to the Sales and Customer business
• Spearheading and moving to a more targeted and specific 121 model
• Ensuring all of the architecture works together
• Ensuring that new platforms can be integrated seamlessly
• Applying your technical know-how in working with 3rd parties
• Ensuring that we are running the right experiences to deliver the best value
• Leading the movement towards a personalised optimisation experience
• Meeting with stakeholders to secure funding and buy-in from the business
• Working with the wider CRM, analytics and reporting functions to make this happen

What skills you should have

• Experience with machine learning technologies
• Knowledge and technical appreciation of the interconnectivities and interfaces between various technical platforms, operating systems and processes
• In-depth knowledge of Data Warehouse best practices and related technologies
• Experience in various technologies such as Teradata, SAS, MS SQL and UMR
• Expert level analytics
• Commercial and Business acumen
• Project Management
