Job description
The main purpose of this is to define and implement learning and development (L&D) and Organisation Development (OD) strategies, policies and plans which are aligned with organisation goals. Lead and Manage a team of Learning and Development Specialist in the development and delivery of learning solutions, change management and transformation programmes. Provides Line Managers & HRBP with expert advise in building a high performance culture, employee engagement, leadership development and all aspects of organisation change and development .
Key Responsibilities:
- Accelerate sustainable business performance by helping leaders and HRBP’s to source, align, develop and retain the talent needed to execute business plans.
- Partner with HR leadership to identify and development management and leadership capabilities to drive performance.
- Provide proactive advise in implementation of talent & performance cycle, talent calibration and succession planning in the market.
- Benchmark the L&D function with industry best practices. Ensures tools available that assist HRBP to drive talent and performance in their units or businesses.
