    (1697) Administrator Prudential Supervisory Framework

    Detailed description

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key performance areas:

    • Provide end-to-end administrative support to the Supervisory Framework Division. 
    • Coordinate and support divisional planning, scheduling and workflow management to enable effective delivery of the division’s mandate. 
    • Support the Divisional Head with operational and logistical arrangements linked to divisional priorities and deliverables.
    • Provide administrative and coordination support for the development, review, consultation and finalisation of supervisory frameworks and guidelines.
    • Coordinate internal and external engagements related to framework and guideline development (e.g. consultations, workshops, industry engagements and internal forums).
    • Assist with the coordination of QA reviews, managing documentation and supporting stakeholder engagements.
    • Coordinate divisional meetings, workshops and engagements, including preparing agendas, arranging logistics and distributing documentation.
    • Perform the administration, preparation and distribution of the team’s regular internal publications and awareness initiatives, among other activities.
    • Perform administrative duties on an ad hoc or project basis as requested by the Divisional Head, in line with the departmental and divisional strategic and operational objectives.
    • Coordinate the planning and administration of SupWoW engagements, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and consolidating supporting material.
    • Track, monitor and follow up on SupWoW action items, reporting progress and outstanding matters to relevant stakeholders.

    Job requirements

    To be considered for this position, candidates must be in possession of:

    • a minimum of five years’ experience in administrative work; and
    • at least a National Diploma (NQF 6) in administration or an equivalent qualification
