    Job description

    Purpose Of The Job

    As part of the TSSSA Industrial Organisation:

    • Be the Service Business representative and execute and manage business activities for the implementation of SES project
    • Define and implement way of working between Gibela and Ubunye for repair activities
    • Support development and deployment of new technology solutions (in relation with initiatives from central team)
    • After project phase, define and manage the action plan to improve the business, system usage, propose enhancement, check and animate the process to keep the level of performance of the system at a high level of standard.
    • Insure that the procedures are up to date and applied routinely.

    Measurement / KPI’s of the role

    • OTD on project miles stones
    • Data accuracy (as an example)
    • Effectiveness metrics

    Accountabilities

    • Insure for service area a smooth SES Go-Live and support the ramp-up of the activity, mobilize additional business resources if needed,
    • Support roll-out implementation in accordance with the mobilization plan of the service contract execution (TSSSA)
    • Analyse process, define maturity level and lead continuous improvement process.

    Responsibilities

    Tasks & Responsibilities:

    As Business Solution Developer

    • Realise active “veille technologique” for innovative solution adapted to our business
    • Lead business case to support management to take decision on investments
    • Set up planning and milestones for new solution implementation
    • Lead project from start to end, from specification to training and support of end-users

    Animate And Lead The Continuous Improvement Process

    • Analyse efficiency of the processes,
    • Identify priorities and operational area of improvements,
    • Set-up goals and define KPI accordingly,
    • Manage continuous improvement action plan,
    • Conduct periodic process efficiency audits

    As SES & SAP Key-user For Service

    • identified and mobilize users and expert required to execute project activities,
    • understand the process of the core solution,
    • contribute to the various solution specifications,
    • define cleansing rules and prepare data migration and set-up,
    • define user acceptance test and coordinate tests activities,
    • coordinate and prepare training material,
    • insure that operational procedure are up-dated according to the new process implementation,
    • coordinate and participate to the cut-over activities,
    • insure support level one after GO-Live,
    • realise REX and set-up post go-live stabilization plan.

    As key user represent Gibela service in the implementation of :

    • New processes required by Gibela and Roll Out activities required by Gibela business,
    • Contribute to the enhancement specification of the solution,
    • Be the key-user for new projects implementation,
    • Identified new business requirement and contribute to IS demand evolution.

    Main Competence Area

    • Knowledge of service processes (Maintenance repair and overhaul),
    • Familiar with functional and process approach,
    • Use to specify Information system and familiar with project approach and methodology,
    • Hands-on with ability to coordinate and animate action plan.
    • (Understanding processes, define how it will be implemented in Gibela, specify requirements, tests the solution, manage user acceptance, insure that data set-up and migration is accurate, localized training material, support end users and on-board new users).

    Educational Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in industrial, logistic or maintenance business,
    • Certificate on total quality management.
    • English fluency

    Desired Knowledge / Experience

    • Have played key user role in a MRO SAP implementation.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and logistic area,
    • Project management skills,
    • Working knowledge of Quality and Health & Safety standards and systems
