From agency work to development funding, they have hired the professionals that investors, institutions, funds, developers and corporate's need to leverage to ensure they deliver the best possible products and service to market. Their busy valuation team works mainly with listed property funds; in South Africa and in various other African territories. With in country teams to support them, they are looking to appoint a Professional Valuer who is highly computer literate, has excellent report writing skills, and who is able to utilise various methodologies to arrive at true values. Particular emphasis is placed on DCF modelling, and your experience in this method must be extensive. You will be exposed to shopping centres, large office parks and far flung portfolios, and will be someone with the willingness and aptitude to understand various markets and their associated risks and strengths. This is available only to South African citizens who are able to travel regularly into the rest of Africa
