    Lead Consultant

    Job Description

    The role of the Lead Consultant is to introduce products and candidates to clients while offering this in a fair and quality orientated way. We are looking for a person who is driven, assertive and has the ability to communicate with others in a logical manner. The incumbent should be prepared to meet opposition and resistance to ideas, and pressurise others when deadlines have to be met. A friendly approach and the ability to influence and persuade others are important to the function. The person should be a self-starter, competitive, imaginative, enthusiastic, self-confident, inspiring, logical, systematic and precise.

    Description:

    •  Marketing of all product lines and solutions to new and existing clients
    •  Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that is constantly shifting
    •  Set up job briefing meetings to learn job details, value proposition, and the interview process for each mandate
    •  Manage candidate pipeline activity continually, through all stages of each project
    •  Must have a proven ability to think creatively and solve complex problems

    Attributes and Skills:

    •  An interest in executive recruitment and the talent market, and an understanding of the recruiting lifecycle
    •  A track record of high achievement in previous roles
    •  Must be a clear communicator, both oral and written, a resilient spirit and an ability to develop rapport quickly and easily with people at all levels of their career
    •  Self-driven, creative, and highly organised
    •  A sense of humour and self-awareness
    •  Be a goal orientated individual
    •  Have the initiative to spot and capitalise on opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
    •  Be a team player and yet capable of operating autonomously
    •  Have a confident approach
    •  An innate desire to be successful and a willingness to make the commitment that this role requires as well as the resilience to deal with the inevitable challenges that a sales role brings

    Minimum Requirements:

    · Grade 12 with Excellent English Reading and Writing Skills

    · Seasoned Recruitment or HR Consultant with proven track record in Client Management.
