Job Description

In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required

• Should have deep relevant experience in SAP APO Module with experience of multiple APO implementations.
• Must have exposure to GERP (Global ERP) rollout experience, GERP processes.
• Experience in Design Governance of global application and focus on re-use and sustainability.
• Exposure to Design Reviews and approvals, compliance to standards and fit gap approvals.
• Should have experience in consulting and multiple implementation of SAP APO module.
• Should have strong knowledge of SAP APO integration with all modules.
• Able to mentor the current project team on all development configuration and customization to create the knowledge pool.
• Able to guide consultants for resolution of day to day issues, designing solution for critical issues.
• Can assess Functional Specs and to provide an impact assessment.
• Ensure that relevant configuration, development and testing documentation is maintained and followed, especially in accordance with current standards and procedures.
• Design and implement resolutions in response to support issues and change requests.
• Role design review and SOX compliance confirmation.

Preferred

• Project Management Methodologies – Waterfall and Agile
• S4 HANA IBP experience
