Daily Contracted Faculty

USB Executive Development( USB-ED) is seeking Part-time (Daily Contracted) Faculty in the Kwazulu Natal area (Durban) who are expert in the following fields:

• Marketing
• Customer Service
• Customer Centricity
• Systems Thinking
• Innovation
• Economics

Daily contracted (part-time) Faculty are responsible for:

• High-level participant-centric facilitation of management and leadership development programmes.
• Making use of technology to enhance the learning experience e.g. use of various LMS tools.
• Delivering a programme with a sound theoretical base with specific application to the ‘world-of-work’ of the participants (use of Models and provision of Toolkits).
• Setting and marking of Assessments.

Minimum Requirements:

• A relevant Masters’ Degree in the broad field of Business;
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the facilitation of training programmes;
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a business consultant/owner;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
