Job description
Be the Creative Director of your own career. As a developer and owner of some of South Africa's most landmark buildings, our client has decided to bring their marketing function in-house. Although they are a listed fund, they have a very busy development pipeline, and so they are looking to appoint a seasoned marketing professional who is able to leverage new developments to maximise marketing revenue. On the spend side, you will also be the custodian for the branding, events and advertising within a large scale mixed use precinct; ensuring that shoppers, workers and residents alike experience the node in a similar way. This is a new role within the group, and so you will be a self motivated individual who is experienced enough to conceive of and execute all manner of branding opportunities which will enhance the image of the company. You will also be working to support the property development team, and so be involved in running with their ideas and the needs of their continuously evolving products. A degree qualified marketing professional with a minimum of 6 years working experience would do well in this demanding environment. Some exposure to property development marketing and advertising sales is essential.
