Hard Skills & Requirements:
- 3+ years’ working experience
- Good writing skills
- Handling administrative duties with ease
- Experience working with project management apps such as Asana
- Report writing – Ability to translate analytical data to a comprehensible report
- Previous experience in an administrative/assistant role
Soft Skills:
- Confidence to work independently through self-motivation and drive forward autonomously.
- Be able to prioritise and deliver on time, handle pressure and juggle a dynamic environment.
- Play well with others in a team within a fast paced environment while loving the pressure.
- Excellent language skills – both written and verbal.
Advantageous:
- Ability to read and understand HTML and CSS
- Creative and imaginative – Writing and Photoshop skills
- Digital Marketing or Administration Certification/Qualification
- Working knowledge of WordPress
- A sense of humour
