Take on the prestiges role of Portfolio Manager, where you will be responsible for the day to day management of Sectional Title schemes as well as Homeowners Associations alike.

The key duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Administration and management of a large portfolio of Sectional Title and Homeowners Associations
• Review of monthly financial statements sent to stakeholders
• Review and correction of audited financial statements
• Drafting of annual budgets for schemes
• Overseeing of insurance claims recorded and registered at the brokers
• Overseeing of collection of levies

Qualifications

• Matric minimum
• Relevant degree/ diploma advantageous
• Experience
• Previous Property Management experience (Sectional and Full title schemes)
• Strong financial and accounting background
