A vacancy exists within Merensky at (SFP – Langeni Sawmill), situated near Mthatha in the Eastern Cape, for a suitably qualified

Fitter & Turner

The successful incumbent must comply with the following criteria:

Position Specifications:

•  Must have a matric certificate or NTC 3 qualification
•  Trade test certificate in the trade of Fitter & Turner
•  Must have a minimum of 5 years’ post apprentice experience in a production environment
•  Knowledge of the Sawmill and Forestry industries would be an added advantage
•  Hydraulic & Pnuematics, boiler & steam application
•  Variable speed gearboxes, overhead cranes,PLC`s and electronics
