They need you to monitor all transmissions and Integration Services within the company and Australia Integration Environment as well as logging incidents for all faults detected, providing feedback to users regarding logged incidents. You will also be responsible for ensuring that incidents are resolved within agreed SLA’s and monitoring of business processes and infrastructure. In addition, you will provide backup to the AIT team and AIT standby.

Job Requirements

• You need to be computer literate, skilled in MS office, and have exposure to relational databases e.g. SQL Server; Oracle. It's important that you are highly organised, disciplined and calm under pressure, have strong verbal and written communication skills, and are willing to work shifts.
• You will hit the ground running, so you'll need to be great at multitasking, able to adapt to constantly changing technologies, coupled with strong problem solving skills.
• Experience in a Windows server and UNIX environment will be advantageous.
