    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Job description
    Major Responsibilities:

    • End to End Talent Acquisition delivery for South Africa experienced positions (27 positions in 2015)
    • Support the TA workflow between the hiring managers in SA and the core recruitment process done remotely from Bangalore for graduate positions.
    • Coordination with Universities on Career Fairs
    • Liaison with external vendor on Psychometric Assessment queries and oversight of process
    • Oversight of Criminal Checks e.g. finger prints
    • Liaison and oversight of relationship with specialist recruitment agencies, when required
    • Coordination of Internship Program and industry specific learning programs e.g. Tshiba program
    • Lead TA initiatives to enhance State Street’s network capability in the Cape Town labour market
    • Lead TA initiatives on the sourcing of candidates to meet the diversity targets in partnership with the remote team in Bangalore

    Qualifications

    Level of Education / Specific Qualifications:

    • HR diploma or HR qualification would be preferable with 2-5 years recruitment experience working for a recruitment agency or in Financial Services recruiting at a managerial level

    Skills and Experience:

    • Recruitment experience in a multinational organisation as an Internal Recruiter or within a Recruitment agency, with specific focus on financial services sectors
    • Experience in defining an innovative and client focussed Recruitment strategy
    • Knowledge of internet sourcing sites and techniques required
    • Proven experience of sourcing candidates directly
    • Experience of having managed third party relationships, agencies
    • Proven interviewing and co-ordination skills
