Senior Business Process Analyst / Engineer at Bizmod Consulting

Job Description

We are looking for intermediate to senior level Business Process Analysis / Engineering candidates for contract work (initially 5 months) in a corporate, telecoms environment, working on a process documentation / re-engineering project.

A minimum of 4+ years’ Business Process Analysis / Engineering experience is imperative – please note that candidates with insufficient experience will not be considered.

Desired Skills and Expertise

Experience:

•  4+ years’ Business Process Analysis / Engineering experience is imperative
•  Green Belt (Six Sigma/ Lean) certification required
•  Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Standards required
•  Experience with PoPI (Protection of Personal Information) principles required
•  Process mapping (As-Is & To-Be) and re-engineering, as well as GAP analysis is essential
•  Visio experience is imperative
•  Determine high impact areas
•  Must be able to run workshops
•  Analysis techniques NB
•  Information gathering techniques NB
•  Prior experience in a telecoms environment would be highly beneficial
