Job Description

The ideal person is experienced with many forms of design, including print, digital, and environment and brand identity systems design. Most importantly, you have great aesthetic sensibilities and can adapt to translate the needs of the projects into compelling design artefacts while being a brand steward helping ensure consistency of our brand visual language to all materials.

You’ll contribute both strategically and in the actual execution of our work. You must be able to make confident design decisions and be comfortable presenting work to others.

Your key areas of responsibility will be:

• Design and produce graphic design work for our internal clients, including branding, graphics, collateral and communications, user interfaces, and environmental design for print or digital delivery
• Design complex infographics bringing together data analysis, creative interpretation, and production
• Provide weekly design and production support for our internal and external websites
• Help expand, update, and fine-tune the brand standards and guidelines, as well as new design assets like print and digital templates, icons, brand imagery, and patterns

To apply for this role, you need to have:

• A relevant tertiary qualification
• 5+ years’ graphic design experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant software
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong emphasis on PowerPoint and Word
• A strong grasp of information design, business concepts and data, and the ability to bring them to life with images, charts, and infographics
• Knowledge of and prior experience working with HTML5 and other relevant web languages
• Experience in the creation of video materials will be a strong recommendation.
