    Digital Media implementation manager

    Job description

    Digital Media Implementation Manager Position :

    We are looking for someone with strong digital campaign management experience, positive attitude and a team player with passion for campaign implementation, reporting and analytics.

    The successful candidate will work across multiple accounts to ensure the successful management of campaigns. The candidate is required to have a minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Campaign Implementation:
    • Creation of media plans, chase lists, URL UTM tags
    • KPI and benchmark formulation
    • Compile supplier briefing templates
    • Negotiate final pricing with suppliers, check availability on inventory and creative placements
    • Internal communication/meeting sessions with AdOps to check ad serving/tracking and implementation techniques
    • Coordinate with AdOps on tracking methodology and techniques applied to the media strategy and plan
    • Brief in specialisation channels (Search, Social, Prgrammatic)
    • Gather proposals from suppliers and consolidate
    • Support the media strategist and client leads with various tasks
    • Campaign Management and Reporting:
    • Formulate and send final report
    • Consolidate weekly reports from AdOps and Trafficking teams, sense check all data to ensure campaign is on track to deliver on KPI’s
    • Weekly data downloads and template population
    • Develop go-live reports by gathering screenshots on all relevant media placements
    • Upload and UTM tag all URL’s
    • Distribute new creatives, send new tags/creative to publishers and suppliers
    • Coordinate Ad Ops teams to update creative/targeting across specialisation channels
    • Re-submit additional/alternative ad tags (both on ad server and publisher)
    • Evaluate non-performing channels, sites and creative executions and connect with publishers to enhance campaign performances
    • Weekly monitoring of campaign delivery
    • Ensure KPI’s are met, budget is spent in full and data is captured on a weekly basis
    • Insights formulation and optimisation recommendations

    • Sizmek/ DCM trafficking
    • Google Analytics
    • URL UTM tagging
    • Attention to detail
    • Accuracy of data reports
    • Time management
    • Multi-tasking and prioritising of tasks
    • Social Media channels (in particular, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter)
