    Junior Technician EC

    Job description

    DEPARTMENT: Technical Services

    REPORTING TO: Technical Manager

    LOCATION: Cape Town

    Additional Info

    Travel will be required with overtime and standby work

    PURPOSE OF POSITION

    Installation, repair and maintenance of fuel management systems which would include (Automatic tank gauging, dispensers, pumps, efuel vehicle technology and forecourt automation equipment.).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support across the network to ensure SLA’s <96% are achieved.
    • Reduce repeat calls across the network <3%.
    • Engage clients and provide detailed fault analysis.
    • Achieve required HSSE targets and inspections.

    MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE (INDICATORS) Leading

    • Provide technical support across the network to ensure SLA’s <96% are achieved.
    • Reduce repeat calls across the network <3%.
    • Lagging – Industry specific
    • Engage clients and provide detailed fault analysis.
    • Achieve required HSSE targets and inspections to reduce risk and exposure.
