Job Summary Statement Aveng Manufacturing, centrally situated in Germiston, provides a wide product range of infrastructure products and services in the Manufacturing sector in South Africa as well as internationally.

The incumbent will be responsible to plan, direct, and coordinates all activities related to IT operations. Manages the IT Change Processes Operations Monitoring, Help Desk and other Production Support services within the business unit.

Minimum Requirements ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

• B Com - Informatics

Experience

• 5 years related Work Experience

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of the IT Operations within the business unit
• Establishes, develops and maintains any unique business unit IT policies and procedures
• Plays an active role in the determination of relevant systems, tools and technologies to be implemented within the business unit
• Responsible for the provision of relevant IT input into business unit planning and roll-out of projects in conjunction with the project team
• Responsible for providing advice and recommendations to the business unit regarding procurement of hardware and software
• Establish and build relationships with key business stakeholders and internal and external customers
• Responsible for the preparation and submission of IT Operations reports and statistical analysis
• Responsible for the allocation of all operational IT resources
