Minimum requirements

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/ Logistics or related fields, Proven experience in systems implementation, IT oversight, and property maintenance (including solar). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Skills: Strong organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills. Experience with maintenance tools and systems.
• Competencies: Attention to detail, proactive mindset, problem-solving, and collaboration. Own car essential, Exposure in a warehouse environment advantageous.

Main duties

• Property and Maintenance: the maintenance of facilities, infrastructure, and solar systems to ensure operational reliability.
• IT Oversight: ensuring seamless operation of systems, networks, and cybersecurity.
• Systems and Procedures: Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Strategic Support: Assist the Head of Operations with cross-functional collaboration, special projects, and operational improvements.
• Staff Management: Oversee teams across buildings and IT, ensuring productivity, motivation, and development.
