Our client is looking for a Compliance Officer (Cleaning) to join the Operations team in Bellville - Western Cape. Reporting to the Key Accounts Manager, the successful candidate will ensure that cleaning personnel comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Enforce the company’s Disciplinary Code of Conduct
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
Manage roster changes, leave coverage, and site requirements
Address pay queries and ensure accurate payroll processing
Maintain Health & Safety files and ensure compliance
Conduct on-site training and induction for cleaning staff
Investigate on-site allegations and report findings
Oversee cost management, including chemicals, labour, and equipment
Manage cleaning teams and ensure smooth startup of new sites
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Minimum Requirements:
Matric Certified
Valid Driver’s License (Code 08)
Strong Computer Proficiency
3-5 years experience in the Cleaning Industry
3 years’ supervisory/managerial experience
Knowledge of Cleaning Industry regulations
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
