    2x Compliance Officers (Cleaning) – Bellville - Western Cape

    About the Role

    • Our client is looking for a Compliance Officer (Cleaning) to join the Operations team in Bellville - Western Cape. Reporting to the Key Accounts Manager, the successful candidate will ensure that cleaning personnel comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Enforce the company’s Disciplinary Code of Conduct
    • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
    • Manage roster changes, leave coverage, and site requirements
    • Address pay queries and ensure accurate payroll processing
    • Maintain Health & Safety files and ensure compliance
    • Conduct on-site training and induction for cleaning staff
    • Investigate on-site allegations and report findings
    • Oversee cost management, including chemicals, labour, and equipment
    • Manage cleaning teams and ensure smooth startup of new sites
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric Certified
    • Valid Driver’s License (Code 08)
    • Strong Computer Proficiency
    • 3-5 years experience in the Cleaning Industry
    • 3 years’ supervisory/managerial experience
    • Knowledge of Cleaning Industry regulations
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

    General Manager - Cleaning & Security Operations (Cape Town)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage the daily operations of cleaning and security services across multiple sites
    • Lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure exceptional service delivery
    • Handle client relationships and ensure all operational needs are met
    • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
    • Manage labour relations, including experience with CCMA hearings and disputes
    • Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
    • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective operations

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in managing cleaning and security operations, with a proven track record of success

    Audit Compliance, Technical & Training Manager (CA SA) - Bryanston

    Minimum Requirements

    • Must be a registered member of SAICA as a CA(SA), RA is advantageous
    • 5 Years post articles experience in audit with a minimum of 2 years in a management role
    • Must have worked in a compliance/technical division in an audit firm
    • Must have excellent computer skills including outlook, excel, and word and CaseWare.
    • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Knowledge of IFRS for SMEs and IFRS
    • ISQM1 monitoring and remediation process knowledge
    • Performed engagement quality reviews (EQR’s)
    • Develop and enhance audit working papers to meet the required changes in ISA’s and IFRS
    • Need to draft opinions regarding auditing & accounting
    • Be able to present, train and facilitate training
    • A strong knowledge of the ISA’s
    • Detail oriented and organised
    • Must take initiative and be self-driven
    • Be able to take accountability and meet deadlines
    • Ability to plan and work under pressure
