    Sales Team Leader

    The detail:

    • Management Ensure the team meets their core KPI Sales service targets.
    • Target setting, call-flow management and interval control, drive and encourage individuals and the whole team, through call and utilisation times using measurement, targets, reward and recognition, feedback and communication.
    • Responsible for the day to day management of your team, including the monitoring of shift patterns, time-keeping, absence, and overtime

    Coaching and Developing

    • Coach, mentor and develop the team.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by seeking ideas, challenging the status quo, identifying best practice and reviewing departmental processes.
    • Establish goals both for the team and for individual employees, and conduct regular performance reviews.
    • Identify and address any training that your team require.

    Collaboration

    • Actively work with other Team Managers to ensure that all teams are geared towards achieving the success of the campaign.

    Power Platform Engineer

    Description

    Solution Design & Engineering

    • Design, build, and maintain Power Apps (primarily Canvas apps) and Power Automate workflows.
    • Develop structured, scalable SharePoint Online solutions using lists, libraries, metadata, and permissions.
    • Translate business requirements into well-architected low-code solutions aligned to platform best practices.
    • Implement light integrations with Microsoft 365 services and external systems where appropriate.
    • Apply structured error handling, logging, and optimisation to workflows and applications.

    Platform Support & Optimisation

    • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of solutions, including testing, deployment, documentation, and iteration.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
    • Monitor solution performance and usage, identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • Support second-line requests and enhancements from business teams.

    Governance & Quality

    • Apply established governance standards for security, permissions, and data access.
    • Support audits, permissions reviews, and content lifecycle management.
    • Ensure solutions are compliant with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. POPIA).
    • Contribute to improving standards, templates, and best practices across the platform.

    Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement

    • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes and pain points.
    • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
    • Produce clear documentation, SOPs, and training material.
    • Support adoption through user training and solution walkthroughs.

    Requirements

    • IT-related degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience.

    Experience

    • 2–4 years’ experience working with Power Platform and/or SharePoint Online.
    • Proven experience building and supporting Power Apps and Power Automate workflows in a production environment.
    • Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.
    • Experience balancing delivery with governance and platform stability.

    Essential

    Strong hands-on experience with:

    • Power Apps (Canvas apps)
    • Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, triggers, connectors)
    • SharePoint Online (sites, lists, libraries, permissions, metadata)
    • Ability to analyse business processes and translate them into structured solutions.
    • Experience supporting and enhancing production Power Platform solutions.
    • Understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID / Azure AD basics).
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • High attention to detail and structured problem-solving ability.

    Advantageous

    • Power BI report development.
    • PowerShell or scripting for administration and automation.
    • JSON formatting for advanced SharePoint views and forms.
    • Exposure to Microsoft SQL Server or data integration concepts.
    • Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
