    Senior Accountant Rep and GL

    Purpose of Job

    • To prepare financial reports and support with complex financial transactions, reconciliation of account balances and bank statements, maintenance of the general ledger, and the preparation of month-end close procedures to present accurate and complete reports to stakeholders.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Accurate and timeous month-end reporting in accordance with Group timelines and requirements.
    • Budgets and Forecasts captured accurately in OneStream in accordance with Group timelines and requirements.
    • Prepare business unit statutory reporting packs in OneStream in accordance with Group timelines.
    • Prepare annual financial statements for the entities within area of responsibility.

    Learning Practitioner SHE

    Purpose of Job

    • To facilitate Generic SHE Learning Interventions in a Learning SHE Academy, in compliance with SHE learning standards and requirements in order to enable the regional Hub/ SBU/ OBU’s/Functions to achieve their respective Generic SHE training plan.

    Key Accountabilities

    Reliability Engineer I

    Purpose of Job

    • To support reliability studies on equipment, provide technical support on equipment fabrication, installation, start-up, inspection, and repair procedures, and implement needed improvements and best practices for asset reliability to ensure safety compliance, control risks, and optimise equipment / system reliability and life cycle cost.

    Key Accountabilities

    Senior Financial Accountant Oryx

    Purpose of Job

    • Provide continuous input into financial and business decision making at a tactical/operational level, the completion of financial accounting reports and all statutory reporting requirements and the day-to-day execution of financial related activities.
    • Provide accurate, timeous information as and when required by the entity's reporting requirements including monthly management reporting, quarterly SARB reporting and assistance in the preparation and timeous submission of annual Financial Statements of the entity.

    Specialist Company Secretarial Services

    Purpose of Job

    • To provide specialist company secretarial and governance support to a portfolio of entities including employee share ownership trusts, Corporate Social Investment (CSI) trusts, B-BBEE transaction entities, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and alignment with corporate governance best practices.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Trusted advisor: Provide directors with professional and independent guidance regarding their duties, responsibilities and any relevant laws affecting the company including trust governance, share schemes, and CSI reporting.     • Meeting Management: Manage all board, trustee and shareholder meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, compiling and circulating board packs via a online portal, attending meetings and ensuring minutes and resolutions are properly recorded and circulated in a timely manner.
    • Regulatory compliance and filings: Ensure statutory compliance with applicable laws and regulations such as the Companies Act, Trust Property Control Act, and B-BBEE Codes as well as industry standards.     Engineer I Reliability

    Purpose of Job

    • A Reliability Engineer I will apply Asset Management principles to enable the safe and cost-effective utilisation of assets throughout the life cycle
    • This position is in support of SNO: WAM operations area, specifically in the WWU, Solvents and Solidification plants.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Supply reliability metrics inputs into the RAM studies like MTBF
    • Perform inherent risk analysis on equipment through conversion from RBI or facilitated sessions

    • Perform Risk Based Inspection (RBI) application on pressure vessels, piping, critical tanks and major hazardous installations (MHI)

    • Integrate the outcome of Operate within Agreed Parameter (OWAP) monitoring initiatives by all engineering disciplines in support of managing the risk of equipment failure on operations

    Formal Education
