Role

• Client support consultant
• To assist suppliers with their day to day data queries relating to Shopper Center Performance (SCp) through telephone or the support mailbox
• Gain a deep understanding of the functionalities of the 5one propriety application tool Shopper Centre Performance (SCp)
• Assist users with all admin related queries (e.g. password resets & new user set-up)
• Pull together admin and usage statistics to support team objectives such as driving supplier engagement and SCp usage higher
• Work closely with the 5one application development team to carry out QA testing and checking of new releases of the applications using a systematic testing approach
• Assist users with running reports and data interpretation
• Assist users with their data requirements focusing on the questions and objectives they have with regards to PnP data
• Planning and hosting supplier training workshops
• To ensure that all admin relating to the 5one propriety tools is correctly handled and that customer requests are processed in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Planning and hosting quarterly workshop sessions
• Ensuring PnP stakeholder relationships are maintained
• Provide usage stats and reports to key PnP users
• To assist the team with client deliverables
• Manage smaller supplier relationships
• Delivery of small supplier initiatives
• Post campaign analyses

All About You

• Previous experience/ knowledge of FMCG or Retail environment
• Bachelor’s degree either in a Business or Marketing-related discipline
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to work well with people across all organizational levels
• Client-facing communication skills
• Understanding of how to develop excellent client relationships from delivering high quality service
• Ability to analyze information and/or data in order to make the correct recommendation based on a business question
• A high degree of computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Power-point
• Excellent attention to detail is a must as the candidate will be working in both QA of application functionality as well as the data contained in the application
• Analytical knowledge in terms of understanding data and ability to make recommendations from insights and articulating results
• Ability to work according to strict deadlines on an ongoing basis
