The role 　

The Warranty Handler is responsible for managing the Warranty Claims Process related to new equipment, rebuild equipment and aftermarket parts for Underground Hard Rock Mining, Surface Mining, Construction, Soft Rock and Exploration.

Your profile 　

• Matric
• Artisan trade as Diesel Mechanic /Fitter/Millwright
• 3 years experience on Root Cause Failure Analysis.
• 3 years Office Admin experience
• English proficiency
• Computer literacy
• Valid drivers licence
• Knowledge of Sandvik Databases will be advantageous
