    SAP CRM Developer

    Job description

    • Minimum 3 x years’ experience in SAP CRM technical development, incorporating deployment of at least three CRM service management solutions.
    • Experience in service request configuration and interaction centre configuration and development.
    • Relevant tertiary qualification, preferably with SAP Certification will be advantageous.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build or enhancement of a number of applications including but not limited to:
    • A new service management solution (new service request type) for internal, cross-functional service management to fit in alongside the existing customer-facing service management solution.
    • Minor enhancements in the existing customer-facing CRM Service Management solution to support new requirements coming out of other projects.
