Minimum 3 x years’ experience in SAP CRM technical development, incorporating deployment of at least three CRM service management solutions.
Experience in service request configuration and interaction centre configuration and development.
Relevant tertiary qualification, preferably with SAP Certification will be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
Build or enhancement of a number of applications including but not limited to:
A new service management solution (new service request type) for internal, cross-functional service management to fit in alongside the existing customer-facing service management solution.
Minor enhancements in the existing customer-facing CRM Service Management solution to support new requirements coming out of other projects.
