Purpose of the role:
The Change Manager helps organisations meet business objectives by focussing on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The Change Manager works to drive faster adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency around changes impacting employees so that that business results can be achieved.
